When you create an account on the official JeetBuzz website, you accept the terms of this privacy policy and agree to the rules of personal data processing described below. This page covers what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights. Please read it carefully before you register.

The category of personal data includes any information that can identify you as a unique person — your first and last name, date of birth, city of residence, mobile number, email, payment account details, and any other information used to verify that you are a real person and eligible to play.

About the Security of Your JeetBuzz Personal Information

The collection of personal data begins when you visit the site for the first time and continues until your account is terminated. When you first arrive at JeetBuzz, you are asked to accept the cookie policy. After that we begin to receive basic information about you, your device, your internet provider and your IP address. As you interact with the site or the Android app — filling out forms, making deposits, placing bets, or withdrawing money — we receive additional information.

To protect this information from leaks, JeetBuzz uses multi-level encryption and transfers data through secured channels protected by industry-standard cryptographic protocols (TLS 1.3 for web traffic, AES-256 for stored data). Payment account details are never stored in plain text on our servers.

If you wish to stop providing us with personal data at any point, you can contact our support service and request account closure. Note that some information must be retained even after account closure to comply with anti-money-laundering law and our Anjouan eGaming licence obligations — see How Long We Keep Data.

Why We Collect Personal Data

There are four main reasons we collect personal information from our customers:

  • Service quality and functionality — improving the platform, expanding gaming capabilities and fixing bugs based on real usage signals.
  • Identity verification and fraud prevention — confirming that you are the real account holder and complying with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) obligations under our Anjouan eGaming licence ALSI-202410030-FI1.
  • Marketing and advertising — building more effective campaigns based on aggregated player behaviour. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time inside your account or via the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Personal promotions and bonuses — sending offers relevant to the games and sports you actually play, instead of generic broadcasts.

By collecting personal data we get to know our audience better and can offer them better and more diverse services. We do not sell your personal data, ever.

Third-Party Sharing

In accordance with the JeetBuzz privacy policy, your personal data cannot be disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. This information is completely confidential. The only situations in which we share data with external parties are:

  • Law enforcement and regulators — if fraudulent activity, money-laundering, or breach of licence conditions is suspected, after a formal request and internal investigation.
  • Payment partners — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and our banking processors receive the minimum data needed to settle deposits and withdrawals (transaction ID, amount, wallet identifier).
  • Game and live-dealer providers — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe and similar studios receive a pseudonymous player ID and bet/stake data needed to run the games. They do not receive your name, KYC documents or financial details.
  • KYC verification vendors — independent identity-verification services that compare your submitted ID against issuing-authority records. They are bound by data-processing agreements and cannot use your data for any other purpose.

If you achieve a significant winning, your first name and city of residence may be used by us in news, promotional or social-media material — but only with your prior consent at the time of payout. You always have the right to refuse.

Cookies & Tracking

JeetBuzz uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session tokens, anonymous analytics IDs) for three purposes only:

  • Essential cookies — keep you logged in, remember your language, deliver the correct currency (BDT), and maintain session security. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
  • Analytics cookies — count visits, see which pages are popular, and detect bugs. We use privacy-respecting analytics without cross-site tracking.
  • Marketing cookies — measure the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and refer-a-friend program. These can be declined in the cookie banner without affecting your account.

You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will log you out and reset your preferences but will not affect your account balance or history.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Retention periods follow these rules:

  • Active account data — kept for as long as your account is open.
  • KYC documents and transaction records — retained for 5 years after account closure, in line with AML and Anjouan eGaming licence requirements.
  • Marketing preferences — kept until you withdraw consent or delete your account, whichever is sooner.
  • Live-chat and support transcripts — retained for up to 24 months for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
  • Technical logs (IP, device, session) — retained for up to 12 months for security and fraud-detection purposes, then automatically purged.

Your Rights as a User

As a JeetBuzz player you have the right to:

  • Access your data — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct your data — update inaccurate or incomplete information (most fields are self-editable inside your account dashboard).
  • Delete your data — close your account and request deletion of data not required for legal/AML retention.
  • Opt out of marketing — at any time inside the account settings or by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
  • Withdraw consent — for any optional processing such as personalised promotions.
  • Lodge a complaint — with our internal data-protection officer, and if unresolved, escalate to the Anjouan eGaming authority (see licence page).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We aim to respond to data-rights requests within 30 days.
