How Long We Keep Your Data
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Retention periods follow these rules:
- Active account data — kept for as long as your account is open.
- KYC documents and transaction records — retained for 5 years after account closure, in line with AML and Anjouan eGaming licence requirements.
- Marketing preferences — kept until you withdraw consent or delete your account, whichever is sooner.
- Live-chat and support transcripts — retained for up to 24 months for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
- Technical logs (IP, device, session) — retained for up to 12 months for security and fraud-detection purposes, then automatically purged.
Your Rights as a User
